Research
In Mexico, university research is usually carried out in public universities or specific research institutes. However, UDLAP is one of the few private universities in the country that invests reasonable resources in research. About 25% of the professors in UDLAP are members of the National System of Researchers. They supervise several disciplines at both undergraduate and graduate levels to promote the involvement of students in research projects from the first semester.
